Skilled Labourer/Handyman/woman

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled labourer to join my clients team. The ideal candidate will have experience in drilling and grouting this is essentuial you must also possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations, contributing to various projects and tasks as required.

Duties

• Assist with grouting and drilling maintenance and construction tasks.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Load and unload materials as needed, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Perform basic repairs and maintenance on equipment as required.
• Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors immediately.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a skilled labouring role is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
• Blue skilled CSCS Card or NVQ Qualification
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects safely.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is advantageous.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A valid driving licence is a plus but not mandatory.
