Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of employees on-site
- Ensure that all Groundwork is completed according to company standards and guidelines
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
- Schedule and assign tasks to team members
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise among team members
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate work activities
