Job Title: Site Security & Lettings/Events Officer (Part-Time)
Hours: 15-20 hours per week ( times may vary, including evenings and weekends)

Salary: £13.40-£14.24/hr - negotiable
Overview: We are seeking a reliable and proactive individual to join our team as a Site Security & Lettings/Events Officer, opening up and locking up. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys varied responsibilities, takes pride in maintaining safe and welcoming premises, and is comfortable working flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key holder for the site, responsible for opening and locking up buildings.
- Oversee site security during lettings and out-of-hours use.
- Facilitate community and external lettings, ensuring smooth access and adherence to site policies.
- Perform routine grounds maintenance and minor repairs as needed.
- Monitor and report any health and safety or safeguarding concerns.
- Operate security and fire alarm systems.
- Provide a visible and approachable presence on site during events and lettings.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of facilities before and after use.
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS clearance
- Previous experience in site security, caretaking, or facilities management preferred but not essential
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks.
- A full driving licence is desirable but not essential.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.40-£14.24 per hour
