Salary - £30,000 per annum (rising to £32,000 after probation period) and Veolia benefits
Hours - 40 per week - Rotating shift pattern consisting of days and nights followed by 18 days scheduled holiday.

What will you be doing?
- You will be responsible for being first in line speaking to engineers and customers on the telephone, investigating faults on our combined heat and power generators.
- Monitoring live alarms for our industrial assets (full training provided)
- Completing scheduled and ad-hoc reporting
- Using Google, Access and other BI tools to assess asset performance
- Supporting Veolia's crisis management process
- Adhering to written procedures when carrying out tasks
Training is approximately the first six week
What are we looking for?
- Previous customer focus, call handling experience
- Good IT skills including excel / analysis
- Problem solving experience
- Analytical skills and mechanical engineering knowledge is an advantage
