We are looking for a CIL Assessment, Spend and Monitoring Officer to join our team. This is an important and interesting role which will involve engagement with a wide variety of partners and stakeholders.

You will work in the Planning Policy & Conservation Team where your focus will on improving and managing the processes for bidding for, allocating and spending Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) receipts. The role will also include the monitoring and reporting on the implementation and delivery of infrastructure projects across the district.

The job is based at the Civic Centre in Littlehampton and this will be your contractual job location. However, it is likely there will be some working from home and so you will need an appropriate space to work from.
