About the Role:
We are recruiting SIA Door Supervisors with PIT Training for high-profile music events, concerts, and festivals.
Requirements:
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (Essential)
- Front-of-Stage Pit Training Certificate (Highfield or similar)
- Previous live event or festival security experience (preferred)
- Excellent crowd management and communication skills
- Able to work in high-pressure, high-volume environments
Duties:
- Monitor and manage crowd behaviour in front of stage
- Work closely with event medics and stage crew
- Safely extract individuals from the crowd if needed
- Maintain a safe barrier line between stage and audience
