Showroom Administrator – Be the Friendly Face of Just Blinds
Mon–Fri 9–5, plus every other Sat or Sun (10–4, alternating)

We’re looking for a confident, organised Showroom Administrator to join our Cannock team. You’ll be the first point of contact for people coming into our showroom, and you’ll also be responsible for booking appointments for our home consultants. It’s a mix of customer-facing and behind-the-scenes admin – so no two days are the same.
ABOUT US
We’re Just Blinds – a family-run business in Cannock. We supply and install blinds, shutters, awnings and curtains across Staffordshire and the West Midlands. We’re specialists at what we do, we make many of our blinds in-house, and we’re proud of the quality and care we offer.
Our Cannock showroom is the biggest of its kind in the UK – it’s busy, lively, and full of people who are serious about transforming their homes.
THE ROLE
This is a full-time role based in our showroom. You’ll be making sure visitors get a warm welcome, that home consultations are booked smoothly, and that our diaries are always up to date. You’ll also support the rest of the team with everyday admin tasks to keep things running without a hitch.
YOU’LL BE DOING THINGS LIKE:
- Greeting and helping customers in the showroom
- Booking home consultation appointments and managing consultant diaries
- Answering queries on the phone and by email
- Making sure all bookings and customer details are logged correctly
- Following up with customers when needed
- Supporting the showroom team with general admin
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

✅ Comfortable with booking systems and computer work
✅ Previous admin or retail/customer service experience (ideal, but not essential)
✅ Someone who can stay calm when it’s busy and keep smiling
THE DETAILS:
- Based in Cannock (our showroom office)
- Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
- Every other weekend day (Sat or Sun, 10am – 4pm)
- 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
- Uniform provided
