Our lively shops situated on Prescot High Street and situated in Allerton are looking for new Shift Supports to work a minimum of 16 hours per week across a variety of shifts, including a Sunday. Shifts will be a mixture of start and finish times, earliest start being 0730 and latest finish being 17:15. Flexibility to work additional shifts in the event of holiday and/or sickness cover will be an advantage.
As a Chatwins Shift Support you will receive all of the training necessary to ensure you deliver our amazing customers the finest quality craft bakery foods, with a level of service that is second to none. With the ultimate goal being running your own shifts in the absence of the shop manager.
There's no such thing as a "typical day" in our line of work, and no two days will ever look the same. Our Shift Supports are involved in all areas of food prep, hygiene and customer service, including till operations, and while some previous food retail experience is a bonus it is by no means necessary; our excellent, structured training package will give you the skills you need, and develop those you already possess.
All we need our candidates to bring is their enthusiasm and some flexibility; this position is a permanent contract for a guaranteed 16 hours minimum per week, with the possibility of additional hours depending on the successful candidate's availability. This role requires as a minimum that the candidate have availability from 0730 through to 17:15 across weekdays and weekends; candidates without availability for these days and times should not apply.
