We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team. As a Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant/bar, ensuring all are providing exceptional customer service. if you have strong leadership skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff during assigned shifts
- Ensure food preparation and production are carried out according to company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
Compulsory:
- A passion for the wine industry
- Wine knowledge - WSET Level 2 or above

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Pay: £12.50-£14.00 per hour
