Sureserve Compliance South, delivers heating services within the social housing sector across London & the South East. We support our clients across domestic gas, commercial gas, renewables, and electrical services. Role
The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support for the Divisional SHEQ manager and the wider SHEQ / QC Team, and to deliver office based administrative support, in relation to Health and Safety, Environmental, Quality and Quality Control disciplines.
- To create and maintain reports, spreadsheets and correspondence using a variety of computer packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Assist with preparation of training and induction courses
- To maintain accurate and up to date training matrices and records for both H & S and technical training.
- To assist in the allocation and recording of in-house quality control inspections.
- Be aware of and assist with external ISO audits across all standards.
- Work with the SHEQ Manager to assist in maintaining excellent communication with the client and meeting their requirements whenever required.
- All associated ad-hoc administrative duties.
The successful candidate will have
- Able to provide a high level of courteous, professional customer service
- Proficient in MS Office, in particular, Outlook and Excel
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible attitude with strong organisational skills
