Essential Criteria:
We are looking for candidates who are:

  • A strong communicator, able to listen, engage, and offer constructive feedback.
  • Able to think strategically and support the development of the school’s long-term goals.

  • Understanding of performance data, and safeguarding requirements.
  • Ability to navigate and interpret educational policies and legislation.
What We Offer:
  • The opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of SGS Pegasus School.
  • A supportive and collaborative environment with a dedicated and passionate team.
  • Access to training and development opportunities relevant to your role.
