Service Receptionist – Glossop
We are a well-established, family-owned motor company with many years of experience in the industry. As part of our ongoing expansion, we are excited to have opened a brand new dealership in Glossop.
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Receptionist to join our team.
About the Role
This full-time position will involve a variety of front-of-house and administration duties, including:
- Answering incoming calls and directing them appropriately
- Greeting customers for the Service and Sales departments
- General administration tasks such as filing, ordering parts, liaising with the manager and workshop invoicing
- Providing excellent customer service and acting as the welcoming face of our dealership
About You
We’re looking for an outgoing, friendly, and confident individual who enjoys working with people and has a positive, professional attitude. Previous experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
Position Details
- Salary: From £24,500 per year
- Hours: Day Shift also weekend availability required (5 days a week)
