Job Summary
We are looking for an upbeat and organised individual to join our team as a Service reception & Warranty Administrator. This is a busy role in an expanding dealership.
You must be self-motivated and conscientious of accuracy in your tasks. Able to manage your workload and be confident to discuss progress with colleagues and customers. Experience of motor trade and associated programs preferable but not a necessity.
This role will include, but not limited to:
Warranty Administration
-Processing claims to manufacturer for any warranty repairs carried out within our workshop.
-Processing (PWA's) Prior Work Authority requests.
-Invoicing completed claims.
-Updating and analysing claims log.
-Carry out monthly self audit, and acting upon any areas of failure.
-Warranty parts control - correctly labelling and storing faulty parts.
-Weekly parts returns, as requested by manufacturer.
-Parts disposal - after 90 days all parts will be appropriately disposed.
-Liaising with customers regarding warranty queries.
-Liaising with manufacturer with any queries.
-Liaising within our dealership with all departments (Parts, Service, Sales, Workshop and Accounts).
Service Office Duties
- To cover general service department duties: Taking service, MOT and Repair bookings.
- Meeting and greeting customers when delivering or collecting their vehicles.
- Invoicing works carried out and processing payments.
- Processing service plans
- General administration duties including filing, pre-calls for works booked in and follow up calls for works carried out
Your working hours will be 08:00am - 18:00pm Monday - Friday and 1 in 3 Saturdays 08:00 - 18:00
Training will be available onsite and also within Kia's training facility in Derby.
