Lewisham’s Adult Social Care team is looking for a Service Development Support Officer to help us evolve how we support residents—by working smarter, communicating better, and co-producing meaningful change.

What we’re looking for
Experience supporting service development or improvement projects, ideally within public services or adult social care
Proven ability to work collaboratively in busy team environments and with a range of stakeholders
Familiarity with managing internal communications and updating digital content (e.g. intranet or service websites)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Confident user of digital tools, particularly for editing and maintaining web content
Ability to facilitate co-production activities and engage effectively with service users
Location
The job is primarily based in Catford, but we operate a hybrid approach where you will be required to work both in the office and from home on a regular basis.

Salary
£45,852 - £47,925 per annum (PO2)
N.B: All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point (SCP) for the grade of the role. The only exception to this will be when matching current salary (up to the maximum of the scale), which is subject to evidential proof.
