The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Front of House Server to join our Signature Dining Team in Solihull. We are seeking a confident Server with a can do attitude a flexible approach to their work, and a great rapport with people, along with desire to further their skills and career.
Working up to 16 hours a week, Saturday and Sunday from 7 am - 3.30 pm £12.21 per hour, the role of the Front of House Server will be:
- Provide table service at meal times
- Work as part of a team to deliver a high quality service to residents
- Laying tables in the restaurant
- Ensuring that condiments are well stocked
- Keeping catering public areas clean and tidy
- Folding napkins and polishing cutlery
- Daily kitchen cleaning tasks as required by the chef manager
As our Front of House Server You Will...
- Have experience of working in a similar environment, though full training will be provided
- Be confident & sociable
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Be comfortable engaging with the elderly and individuals with additional needs, and their relatives
- Have a natural passion for providing excellent customer service
- Have completed or be willing to work towards Health & Safety level 2, Food Safety level 2 and allergen awareness Training
