Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our dynamic team at Bar Gigi. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience. Your contributions will directly support our mission to provide excellent service, a great atmosphere and memorable experience
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure food safety standards are maintained throughout service.
- Assist in food preparation as needed while adhering to hygiene standards.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service for all guests.
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role preferred.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and order processing.
