Join Us at Social Element!
Founded 23 years ago, Social Element is a leading global and independant full-service agency connecting brands and people socially. Our core purpose is to make better social for brands and social better for society.
We're on the lookout for an exceptional Senior Social Creative to join our Global Creative & Innovation team.
The Opportunity: Senior Social Creative
We don’t just make content for social media. We help brands be social.
This is your chance to create work that lives where audiences actually have a voice, and use that space to help brands show up with relevance, purpose, and creativity.
As a Senior Social Creative, you’ll be responsible for crafting exceptional social-first content and campaigns that drive real connection. We’re not here to simply fill feeds. We create work that starts with the audience and shows up in the moments, places, and formats that matter — IRL and URL.
You’re a creative who has a knack for words — a master of the copy hook — whether it’s a scroll-stopping line for a social video or a one-liner that defines a full campaign territory. You know how to use language to capture attention and emotion in equal measure.
From big campaign platforms to reactive, feed-native ideas, you’ll lead creative that earns attention and sparks participation. You’ll own the full process from ideation through to delivery, across both organic and paid work. That includes collaborating with creators, influencers, and external partners to bring ideas to life.
You’ll be plugged into culture and understand how people participate in social spaces, because that’s where the best creative ideas start.
What We Expect From You
Creative Leadership
You’ll lead the creative process from concept to execution, delivering stand-out work across campaigns, always-on content, and brand activations.
Audience-First Thinking
You develop ideas that are rooted in strategy and show up in the right format, mindset, and moment: whether it’s a TikTok trend, an IRL activation, or a cross-platform campaign.
Multi-Format Craft
You’re fluent in a range of formats including video, stills, creator-led content, memes, GIFs, AR, VR, AI, and emerging tech, and you know how to make them work together.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
You’ll work closely with Strategy, Client Services, Social Media Management, Engagement, and Production teams to bring your ideas to life and evolve them through feedback.
Performance Awareness
You use data and audience insights to improve content, refine creative strategy, and deliver work that performs as well as it inspires.
Strategic Alignment
You ensure all creative work ladders up to the client’s brief, KPIs, and broader business goals — without compromising creative quality.
Team Mentorship
You’ll guide junior creatives, support their growth, and help elevate the team’s overall creative output.
Pitch & Presentation
You lead creative thinking in client pitches and new business opportunities, presenting ideas with confidence and clarity.
Copywriting & Concepting
You’ll jump in with sharp, audience-aware copywriting when needed across campaigns, pitches, and internal projects.
Case Studies & Wrap-Ups
You’ll help create internal and external wrap-up decks, case studies, and highlight reels that showcase the impact of your work.
Brand Support
You’ll contribute to Social Element’s own marketing with creative ideation, strategy, and asset development.
Creative Thought Leadership
You’ll bring fresh thinking and inspiration to the agency, helping us raise the bar creatively, and champion DE&I in everything we do.
