We’re looking for an exceptional Art Director / Creative Lead to elevate our graphics and video content across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities
1. Brand & Visual Direction
- Review seasonal/monthly collections and commercial initiatives to define the creative toolkit.
- Lead the graphics team (3 members) to develop consistent design systems and brand guidelines.
- Partner with the Visual Merchandiser on in-store creative, including point-of-sale and window graphics.
- Create and oversee digital marketing assets across paid social, email, and online advertising to ensure brand consistency and performance.
- Work with our Wholesale team to ensure all assets for market are on brand.
- Oversee all digital paid campaign art direction
- Build in house templates for graphic treatments
2. Editorial Campaigns
- Own the visual execution of monthly campaigns, based on briefs from the Creative Director and Brand Manager.
- Ensure campaign content is edited and rolled out effectively across all touchpoints.
- Deliver high-quality post-production assets that align with the brand’s tone and direction.
- Direct image treatment and maintain cohesive storytelling across platforms.
3. E-commerce Direction
- Define and oversee the visual approach for seasonal e-commerce photography and on-site VM.
- Oversee updates to key website pages in line with seasonal launches.
4. Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Mentor and support the graphics and retouching team.
- Give clear, constructive feedback to uphold visual standards.
- Help foster a collaborative, idea-driven culture rooted in a strong understanding of RIXO’s evolving identity.
About you:
- 3 or more years’ experience in a senior creative role within fashion, lifestyle, or a similar industry.
- A creative “on brand” eye and understanding of RIXO's brand DNA.
- Strong portfolio showcasing standout campaign, video, and graphic design work across digital and print.
- Deep understanding of brand storytelling, e-commerce visuals, and performance-driven creative.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and figma, with bonus points for motion/video editing and e-comm CMS tools.
