Key Activities:
- Lead diving operations on site and play a key role in the success of diving projects
- Instruct recreational courses and lead guided diving with excellent customer service
- Coach/Mentor less experienced team members
- Positively promote Freedom Diving
- Manage logistics from equipment to paperwork
- Deliver dry training (EFR, EO2, Dive Theory etc.)
- Ensure DWR97 and recreational ACOP compliance
- Support company policies, processes and procedures as well as their improvement
- Activities are normally Friday – Monday however other hours may be available
- Be a key member of the Freedom Diving Team
Other Activities:
- Servicing and maintaining equipment
- Pre & Post project admin
- Commercial diving support
Prerequisites:
- Qualified Diving Instructor with at least 1 year of UK teaching experience and 50 certifications issued (PADI preferred, other agencies considered)
- Knowledge of the DWR97 ACOP & related HSE regulations
- In date HSE Diving Medical
- Full driving license and experience driving vans and other commercial vehicles with dive gear

This role reports directly to the Company Director working alongside the Dive Centre Manager and Operations Manager (Commercial Diving).

Pay: From £14.15 per hour
