About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Account Coordinator who embodies empathy, integrity, and excellence in customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring timely and thoughtful communication.

- Coordinate internal resources to meet client needs and expectations with precision and empathy.
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for improvement or growth.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, updates, and feedback.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth delivery of services and client satisfaction.
