Job role: Senior Support Worker

Contract: Full time, Permanent

Location: Worksop, Nottinghamshire

Salary: £27,785.00 - £33,992.00 per annum (Inclusive of your attendance allowance of £1,400 per annum and 1 sleep-in per week at £44.56 each)

Homes2Inspire are looking for a Senior Support Worker to be part of the Management team for an established residential home in Worksop, Nottinghamshire. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in their lives, guiding them towards a brighter future while upholding the highest standards of care.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will support the management team with directing roles and responsibilities to support workers and ensuring the monitoring of children and young people’s behaviour, safety, and well-being.

Effective communication skills and the ability to build relationships with others are vital! As a shift leader, the right candidate will be someone who leads by example, upholds standards, and ensures that the safeguarding of children and young people underpins all decisions made. If you're a dedicated adult who can join an experienced team, connect positively with young people, and bring your own fun personality to the home, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 years' experience working with children and young people in a residential setting

QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare or equivalent (In line with Ofsted requirements)

Commitment to working a shift pattern including sleep in duties + overtime

Full UK driving licence
