Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker
Location: Nottinghamshire (NG13 area)
Salary: £28,080 to £29,640 + sleep-ins
Shift Pattern:
Shifts run from 8:00am to 11:00pm followed by a sleep-ins
Sleep-in is followed by a second 8:00am to 11:00pm shift
Week 1: 2 shifts
Week 2: 3 shifts

Responsibilities:
Deliver nurturing, consistent care using therapeutic approaches such as PACE and DDP
Work as part of a close-knit team to promote stability and resilience in young people
Facilitate activities and experiences that support individual growth and recovery
Uphold safeguarding standards and contribute to a safe, supportive environment
Maintain clear, professional records and reports
Requirements: Senior Support Workers:
Minimum 1 year of experience in residential childcare
NVQ/QCF Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People (or willingness to complete)
Experience supporting young people with complex needs and challenging behaviour
Full UK driving licence (essential)
