We have positions to offer at the above site for both experienced people (trained to NVQ Level 2) and non-experienced people (As full training will be provided)
As a Care Assistant, you will work as an integral part of the caring team, delivering the highest standards of personalised care to residents, ensuring that everyone is treated with respect and dignity, and that individual’s rights to privacy, dignity, independence and choice are met
Training & development will be available, and successful candidates will be offered the opportunity to train as senior care assistants which will include the completion of medication courses & the relevant training
PPE will be provided within accordance of Infection Prevention Control Guidance and Health & Safety Regulations.

Duties
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Develop and implement individual care plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each resident.
- Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure quality care delivery.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to foster a collaborative care environment.
- Maintain accurate records of resident progress and any changes in health status.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills in senior care.
