Hours: 37 – Full Time
This advert is open to both Internal and External applicants.
An enthusiastic and flexible person is required to provide licensing and ticketing support in a flexible manner, ensuring that effective, efficient and customer focused service is delivered using a variety of IT packages.
Be able to amend and configure bespoke software packages.
Review and update the website and associated scripts.
To oversee the processing of applications for licences and concessionary fares in a customer focused officer with a reception area.
To manage a team of officers, including sickness, holidays and personal development.
To perform regular data quality and performance checks and be actively looking for ways in which to improve the service.
To regularly run reports for statutory returns.
To undertake any training and other duties appropriate to the post.
