We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join us in the role of Senior Financial Business Partner reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the successful candidate will have a proven background working in a fast paced and complex environment and be responsible for the delivery of robust budgeting, forecasting and analytics. You will act as a trusted adviser to senior leadership, translating data into actionable insight while embedding a culture of commercial excellence throughout the organisation. You will also be a self-starter with the ability to identify areas for improvement and act on them quickly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

Financial support and advice on International bid response for Electronic Monitoring contracts
including coordinating price, costs, tax, treasury and operational delivery - Own the annual budgeting cycle consolidation and monthly rolling forecasts
- Building strong relationships with Group Finance support functions and ensuring any necessary Group reporting activities are completed
- Prepare approval paper for customer contracts, capital expenditure and inventory build
- Consolidate the monthly management information pack, delivering clear commentary on performance, variances and trend analysis
- Provide high‑quality business partnering to executive and functional leaders, challenging assumptions and identifying value‑adding opportunities
- Develop and maintain scenario models to support strategic initiatives, contract profitability and customer pricing
- Enhance financial governance, ensuring robust controls, accuracy and compliance with Group policies
- Working with the International Finance team to develop a culture of continuous improvement and learning
- Champion data‑driven decision‑making; leverage BI and ERP tools to automate reporting and improve insight
- Collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain to optimise working capital and inventory levels across multiple sites
- Serve as a key liaison with external auditors, tax advisers and banking partners when required
- Develop and implement advanced budgeting models to support financial planning and analysis
- Collaborate closely with non-finance stakeholders to provide financial insights and drive business performance
- Influence and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making
- Provide financial oversight on business wide projects
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis
Skills and Experience
- A combination of technical excellence with strong commercial acumen and first‑class stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience in creating and managing budgeting models
- Demonstrated ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment coupled with strong planning and organizational skills to meet challenging deadlines
- Strong business partnering skills with the ability to communicate financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
- Exceptional influencing and interpersonal skills with a track record of working effectively with senior stakeholders
- Proven background in a multi‑site or rapidly scaling environment, ideally within the manufacturing sector with multiple customers. If you have worked in an international matrix environment then even better
- Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial matters clearly to senior, non‑finance audiences

Essential Requirements of the role
- Must be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience in FP&A, and operating at a commercial senior level
- At least 2-3 years’ experience working at a similar level
- Willingness to travel and to be based in the company's offices in Leicester for at least 3 days a week
- Right to work in the UK
- To have been resident in the UK for at least 5 years
- Prepared to undertake pre-employment screening and vetting in line with business
