Your core responsibility will be to transform conceptual design files into print, digital and cross-platform-ready assets with technical precision and strict adherence to brand guidelines.
As the guardian of all photography entering Studio368 for print, you will ensure all imagery is of the highest quality, aligned with its intended purpose and easily accessible to stakeholders via our Content Hub. You will be responsible for the retouching and colour correction of all photographic assets, ensuring consistency, accuracy and excellence across every visual output. Collaborating with both internal and external designers, you will develop layouts and templates, preparing them for artwork and print production. You will also be responsible for delivering media-ready artwork across all brand communication channels, including point-of-sale materials, advertising, and marketing collateral.

- Liaise with printers and ensure print specifications (bleeds, stock, crop marks, CMYK/RGB profiles) are correct.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced studio environment.
Mentorship & Leadership
- Support and guide junior and freelance members of the team, offering technical mentorship and creative support.
- Share knowledge of best practices, file preparation, DAM usage, and production techniques.
- Promote a collaborative and supportive studio environment.
Photography management
- Communicate regularly with photographers, campaign planners, and content teams to ensure smooth photography workflows.
- Provide early feedback on first-stage photography, raising layout or technical issues before final assets are delivered.
- Spot-check photography uploaded to the Content Hub, providing feedback or raising issues where necessary.
Print & Proofing
- Act as the guardian of studio repro equipment (Epson printer and GMG system).
- Maintain calibration and cleanliness of repro tools and manage stock levels (e.g., paper, ink), raising purchase orders when needed.
- Provide high-quality printouts for mock-ups and campaign reviews.
- Liaise with GMG engineers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Digital Asset Management (DAM)
- Maintain and organise assets in the Studio368 DAM, ensuring all photography and templates are properly uploaded, tagged, and linked.
