Who We’re Looking For

At Spark Academy, we're on the lookout for dedicated SEN tutors who are passionate about making a real difference in the lives of disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners. We are looking for 2 qualified SEN teachers who are excited to provide 1:1 tutoring to a young person who is not accessing in school education due to their SEMH and communication needs, in the areas of English Literature and language, and Chemistry. This role is ideal for educators who adopt a holistic, creative, adaptable, and trauma-sensitive approach to teaching.

Spark aims to improve the educational support for vulnerable young people across the UK. As a tutor with Spark Academy, you'll be part of a supportive team, with SEN Support Specialists available to assist you throughout every placement. As a SEN/SEND tutor at Spark Academy, you will provide tailored Maths, English, or Science tuition to young people with various needs, including SEND, SEMH, MLD, and SLD.
