Are you someone who thrives on helping children overcome challenges and reach their full potential? A wonderful primary school in Arundel is looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work one-to-one with a child who has Autism and ADHD .

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing consistent 1:1 support throughout the school day
- Supporting emotional regulation, focus, and engagement in learning
- Collaborating with teachers and SEN staff to implement tailored strategies
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and encouraging atmosphere
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with Autism and ADHD (preferred but not essential)
- A calm, patient, and proactive approach
- A genuine passion for helping children succeed
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
