Daily Pay: £85 – £120 (depending on experience)

Are you a passionate and resilient Teaching Assistant with experience supporting children with special educational needs (SEN)? Provide Education is currently recruiting for Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistants to join our SEN team in the Derby area, from September 2025.
We have both full-time and part-time opportunities, including long-term roles for the right candidates. This is a fantastic chance to join a supportive and experienced SEN team and make a real impact in pupils' lives.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting pupils with additional learning needs
- Assisting in managing challenging behaviours positively and professionally
- Working alongside teachers to adapt learning activities to pupil needs
- Supporting classroom routines and promoting a positive environment
- Assisting with personal care as needed
We're Looking For:
- A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience working with SEN and/or challenging behaviour (essential)
- A patient, calm, and positive attitude
- A commitment to safeguarding and supporting every child’s potential
- Enhanced Child & Adult DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
