Role: 1:1 Support for a Child with SEN
Are you someone who thrives on helping children grow, learn, and feel confident in themselves? A caring and community-focused primary school in Billingshurst is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 support to a child with Autism and ADHD .

Your Role Will Include:
- Supporting a child with SEN needs throughout the school day
- Helping them stay engaged, focused, and emotionally supported
- Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored strategies
- Creating a calm, structured, and encouraging learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with Autism and ADHD (preferred)
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
