Summary
As a Salon Coordinator at Nine Zero Salon, you will play a pivotal role in managing salon operations and enhancing the client experience. This position is essential for ensuring smooth day-to-day activities while supporting our talented stylists and beauticians.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily salon operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Manage front desk activities, including appointment scheduling and customer inquiries.
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Assist in upselling salon services and products to enhance revenue.
- Mentor junior staff and provide training on best practices in customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon environment.
- Collaborate with stylists to ensure efficient workflow during busy periods.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a salon or beauty industry role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Experience in front desk management or similar administrative roles.
- Basic knowledge of hair and beauty services is an advantage.
- Ability to mentor and guide team members positively.
