As part of our continued expansion, Better Kitchens are looking for a Full Time Sales Support Assistant to join our busy team.
Better Kitchens supply complete kitchens and components to customers across the UK. Customers start their enquiry online, by email, through Live Chat or support tickets, by visiting our showroom, or by phone.
This role is focused on pre-sales support.
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, qualifying enquiries, preparing initial estimates, and helping them with the information they need before moving on to the sales team.
The primary duties of this role include?
- Dealing with customer enquiries in our showroom, by telephone, by email, via support tickets, and through Live Chat
- Preparing and sending initial estimates based on customer detail.
- Recording and updating customer information accurately.
- Helping customers understand their options and next steps.
- Passing on qualified leads to the sales team.
To apply for this role your experience and skills should include:
- Sales experience in furniture or interiors is desirable but not essential (full training given).
- Confident speaking with customers in the showroom and on the phone.
- Experience in a phone or office-based role is helpful.
- Clear communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Able to plan and manage your own workload.
- Strong telephone manner and relationship-building skills.
- Flexible and open to new processes.
Hours & Pay:
- Full Time contract, 9am to 5pm - 37.5 Hours Per Week.
- Monday to Saturday Choice of Day-Off in the week (excluding Mondays).
- Additional hours when required to meet service targets.
- Pro Rata Salary from £24,500.
