Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow. Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff. Monitor team performance. Assign duties based on business needs. Oversee restocking and ensure availability of key product lines. Support staff in handling customer service and sales-related concerns. Monitor adherence to FIFO procedures and stock expiry awareness.
