We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Supervise and manage daily operations of the retail store, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee merchandising strategies to optimise product presentation and maximise sales opportunities.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure product availability.
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and organisation.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere for customers by demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles is essential.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in sales management with a focus on achieving targets.
- Proficient in merchandising techniques and time management skills.
- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail in administrative tasks.
