Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within our Passive & Active Fire department, by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Engage in B2B sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel as needed for client meetings.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within a similar industry.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in IT applications relevant to sales processes (e.g., CRM software).
- Strong time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively.
