The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Sales Executive to join the sales and marketing team at a luxury development in Chelsea. This is a high-profile, customer-facing role where you'll manage the on-site Marketing Suite, conduct property viewings, and guide buyers through the full sales journey, from enquiry to legal completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the on-site marketing suite and show apartments
- Host viewings with prospective buyers and agents, delivering a 5-star experience
- Meet and exceed sales targets using effective sales and negotiation techniques
- Progress reservations through to completion in partnership with solicitors
- Develop strong relationships with estate agents and third-party introducers
- Attend on-site and external marketing events and exhibitions
- Complete local market research and competitive analysis
- Support with commercial sales and customer handovers as needed
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury property sales for a UK developer or within a new homes department of an estate agency.
- Hands on Marketing suite experience which is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of the London property market, with a strong understanding of mortgages, tax, the Property Misdescriptions Act UK, and legal sales procedures in the residential sector.
- Established working relationships with a wide range of consultants in sales and marketing.
- Proven track record of strong sales performance in the residential property sector.
- Detail-oriented with high levels of accuracy and the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
- Demonstrates persistence and resilience, overcoming challenges to achieve goals.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, well-organised, and confident working independently
- Flexible to work on a 7-day rota, including 3 weekends per month

- Mandarin or Cantonese language skills
