Now, we’re looking for a motivated, customer-obsessed Sales & Loyalty Advisor to join our Manchester-based team and help take our service to the next level.
The Role:
As a Sales & Loyalty Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our customer journey—converting new leads, retaining existing customers, and making a real impact every day. You'll work across calls, emails, and live chat to promote our smart home security solutions and help people feel safe in their homes.
What You’ll Do:
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- To answer incoming calls and make proactive outbound calls to convert to sales and retain our customers within agreed service standards
- Stay ahead of the game with strong product and competitor knowledge
- Achievement of targets and KPIs whilst maintaining high Quality standards
- Enhance the customer experience through acting on Trustpilot reviews, NPS and CSAT
- Takes ownership for personal development areas in order to achieve objectives, using the support of line manager/L&D if required
- Provide feedback to help us improve—your voice matters
- Identifies and encourages behaviour that supports the company values
- Prompt investigation, assisting in the prevention of fraud, recording and management of problems reported by customers/Advisors, reporting back to the management team when required
