Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales & Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping our growth and success. This position blends sales leadership with operational excellence, making it ideal for someone who is both commercially savvy and operationally strong.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales, project oversight, and team leadership, with the ability to manage multiple projects while building strong client relationships. You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing project delivery, and ensuring seamless alignment between sales promises and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the design and build sector.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
- Operations & Project Management
- Oversee multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop project plans including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure alignment with client expectations and company goals.
- Implement cost control measures to maximise profitability.
- Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and support project teams to ensure quality outcomes and high client satisfaction.
- Maintain clear and transparent communication with all stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in sales, operations, or project management, ideally within construction, design, or related industries.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident leader with strong supervisory and motivational skills.
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong analytical abilities.
- Valid driving licence required.
