The Role
We are seeking a polished, reliable Sales & Operations Associate to join our growing team. This is a stand-alone position that combines exceptional luxury retail sales with behind-the-scenes client journey management to ensure our operations run seamlessly.
You will be trained to work across both our Chelsea boutique and Harrods concession, providing world-class client service while ensuring orders, projects, and showroom operations are managed to the highest standard.
This is a key role in our business — you will not only contribute directly to sales growth but also ensure every client enjoys an effortless and memorable experience from first contact to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales by delivering exceptional, personalised service in both Chelsea and Harrods.
- Build lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients, guiding them through bespoke orders and interior design projects.
- Oversee the complete client journey — from showroom consultation through to delivery — ensuring a flawless process at every stage.
- Maintain showroom presentation and stock readiness to the highest luxury retail standards.
- Liaise with the design team, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Provide flexible coverage across both locations during peak periods, holidays, or events to maintain uninterrupted service.

Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years’ luxury or premium retail experience (Harrods or flagship store experience highly desirable).
- Proven sales track record with high-value products or projects.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client orders/projects simultaneously.
- Impeccable presentation and communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with discerning clientele.
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable — able to work across two store locations.
- Proficient in basic IT tools (MS Office, email, CRM systems).

Summary
We are seeking an Operations Associate to join our dynamic team in Chelsea, London. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our bespoke interior design services, contributing to our mission of transforming children's spaces into extraordinary environments.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination of operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the management team in project planning and execution.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with procurement processes.
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure client specifications are met.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients during their journey with us.
- Help streamline operational processes for improved productivity.
- Prepare reports on operational performance for management review.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an operations or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A passion for interior design or the luxury goods sector is a plus.
