Known for their meticulous craftsmanship, each Vertu phone is assembled by a single artisan and offers exclusive lifestyle services, including a 24/7 personal concierge accessible directly from the device. Vertu phones are designed for clients who value elegance, exclusivity, and personalised service, making them a status symbol as much as a communication tool.
Role Overview:
We are looking for 1 x full time Sales Advisors to join Vertu’s prestigious Harrods Knightsbridge boutique, you will be a key representative of our heritage and innovation. You’ll deliver an exceptional retail experience, cultivate meaningful relationships with discerning clientele, and uphold the exclusivity that defines both Vertu and Harrods.
We officially open in September 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a world-class luxury service experience to every client, tailored to their individual needs and preferences.
- Drive brand sales performance through expert product knowledge, storytelling, and confident client engagement.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP'S, personal shoppers and clients using a proactive clienteling approach.
- Represent the Vertu brand with grace and expertise, effectively communicating the craftsmanship, technology, and lifestyle services we offer.
- Maintain the brands pristine presentation in line with Vertu and Harrods’ standards.
- Support after-sales care, ensuring an exceptional and seamless experience for all clients.
- Participate in brand events and exclusive Harrods activations to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury retail, ideally within high-end fashion, accessories, watches, or tech.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident in building rapport with elite clientele.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a premium or luxury environment.
- Passion for technology, luxury goods, and high-touch customer service.
- Experience working with CRM systems and an appreciation for data-led clienteling.
- Fluent in English and Arabic or Mandarin are highly advantageous.

- Previous experience working with luxury brands.
