Sales Advisor / Admin Support (Part-Time, In-Person)

We’re Bohome Estate Agents, and we’re on the lookout for a confident, detail-driven, tech-savvy Sales Advisor and Admin Support to join us in a varied and fast-moving hybrid role. This is your chance to be at the heart of a growing independent estate agency, supporting our Director and playing a key part in driving the business forward.
This isn’t just admin. It’s a role where you’ll be involved in every corner of the business, from sales support and client communication to marketing and backend systems. What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the Director’s inbox and key email communications
- Sending invoices and uploading receipts to Xero (training provided)
- Coordinating new listings and supporting sales progression
- Booking appointments and managing busy calendars
- Writing, proofreading, and uploading property descriptions
- Managing property listings across CRM and social media
- Scheduling social content, including reels and posts
- Liaising with buyers, sellers, and solicitors
- Completing compliance checks such as AML and ID (training provided)
- Chasing solicitors for sales updates
- Keeping marketing and office supplies topped up
- Coordinating with contractors, including signage and print, photographers & surveyors.
- Using simple AI tools (like ChatGPT) to help write content, draft emails, and streamline admin tasks (training provided)
- Making outbound calls to book valuations (with commission)

- Skilled with words, you write well and have an eye for detail
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
- Confident managing calendars, inboxes, and property data
- Ideally familiar with Canva and Xero (training provided if not)
- Discreet, trustworthy, and confident handling of sensitive information
- Open to evolving the role as the business continues to grow
