About the Role
We are seeking an organised, proactive, and client-focused Sales Administrator to join our team.
In this role, you will support the Client Engagement Manager and Client Liaison Manager, providing vital administrative, sales, and client support. You’ll help to prepare proposals, organise meetings, liaise with clients, and ensure that our sales processes run smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role that combines administration, client interaction, and team collaboration.
This is a full-time, office-based role offering a salary of £23,000 – £25,000 (depending on experience), 37.5 hours per week between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM, with on-site parking and the opportunity to be part of a friendly, collaborative environment where every day is varied and rewarding.
About you
· Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
· Confident and professional in client-facing interactions
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, and able to structure professional documents and proposals
· Able to manage multiple priorities, staying calm under pressure
· Previous experience in sales administration, office administration, or client support is desirable
· Comfortable attending client meetings and representing the business professionally
Whilst industry knowledge of Tax would be beneficial, this is not essential to succeed in the role. With our support, you will be able to apply your skills, expertise and desire for knowledge to become a specialist in this field.
You will…
· Support the Client Engagement Manager and Client Liaison Manager with day-to-day administration and client coordination
· Act as a first point of contact for client enquiries, responding professionally by phone and email
· Liaise with clients to arrange calls, follow up on proposals, and provide a seamless client experience
· Prepare and structure professional proposals and presentations using PowerPoint and Word
· Organise meetings and client visits, ensuring all logistics and documentation are in place
· Attend occasional client meetings to provide support and capture follow-up actions
· Maintain accurate CRM and sales records, ensuring all data is kept up to date
· Track sales performance and KPIs, producing reports for management as required
· Coordinate with internal teams to support onboarding of new clients
· Provide general administrative support to the sales and leadership team
