We are looking for an Sales Administrator to join our well-established manufacturing business in the heart of Birmingham.
We are looking for the following from all candidates:

- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and highly organised
Preferred Experience (Highly Beneficial):
- Background in a customer service environment
- Skilled in managing client relationships and handling expectations
- Confident using the telephone for daily client communications
- Experience working with B2B clients and fostering strong partnerships
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Handling incoming phone calls and transferring them appropriately
- Processing customer orders and managing delivery follow-ups
- Filing and general administrative support
- Greeting visitors and managing postal deliveries
Training will be provided for each role and for the companies internal PC applications.
