Duties
- Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art.
- Provide makeup application services as requested by clients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area and tools to ensure a safe environment.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering professional advice on nail care.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and techniques to provide clients with innovative services.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Knowledge of makeup application techniques is an advantage.
- A valid Nail Technician certification or diploma is required.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for beauty and aesthetics.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
