About the Role: As Supervisor of our St. Andrews store you will be a passionate ambassador for the Johnstons of Elgin brand.

This role will be essential in supporting the Sales & Operations Manager in guiding, motivating, and developing the team to deliver the highest level of customer experience and store performance.

This is a permanent, part-time opportunity of 30 hours per week, working on rotational days, including weekends. Hourly rate for this role is £13.38.

About You

  • You will be an effective communicator with the ability to build relationships and a team player who recognises and celebrates the contributions and achievements of others
  • Supporting in coaching and giving feedback to the sales team to deliver excellent customer service and lead by example
  • You will provide an energetic and authentic presence on the shop floor, driving sales and growing customer engagement with previous supervisory experience preferably in a luxury environment
  • Experience in visual merchandising and the ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environment is essential for this role
