A day in the life of a Restaurant & Bar Team Leader....
- Work closely with duty managers to maintain sky high standards throughout all operations
- Take charge of breakfast and dinner shifts and services, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently
- Oversee the dining experience and support the team with guest enquiries
- Support the completion of checklists and cleaning schedules in a timely manner
- Inspire and mentor your team members, being a natural role model and helping them to reach their full potential
- Drive sales, boost revenue, and achieve those targets like a champion
- Create a positive team team environment that embraces change and fuels growth
- Make sure our amazing staff are engaged, happy, and well taken care of
What you need to bring to the table:
- Experience leading a team is preferred
- A genuine passion for providing great customer service and creating unforgettable guest experiences
- Excellent interpersonal skills that can light up a room and inspire others
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Due to the nature of this role you must be over 18
- Flexibility in availability is preferred to meet the demands of the business

You will be working on a seasonal variable contract until November 2025, with an initial hourly rate of £13.00.
