We are seeking an experienced, passionate front of house supervisor to join the team . We can be fairly flexible with working days and hours but will need the candidate to be available during the day on weekdays in order to cover other management days off. Please note that this is a permanent position, we are not looking for a temp / summer only candidate.
The successful candidates will meet the following criteria:
- Be positive and outgoing
- Have 1-2 years experience in a supervisory role (team leader and above) , in a pub or restaurant turning over at least £25,000p/w.
- Be flexible, hard-working and customer driven, with an understanding and love of great food and drink.
- Possess high standards and show an attention to detail.
- Have initiative, an understanding of food service, a desire to make people happy and be able to handle themselves diplomatically in challenging situations.
- Have strong leadership qualities and be capable of managing and taking control of running service in the General Manager's absence.
- Speak Fluent English and have the right to work in the UK
