Role Overview
As Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of daily operations, inspiring a team of servers and bartenders while ensuring guests feel genuinely looked after. You’ll be the go-to person on shift, keeping service smooth, standards high, and spirits even higher.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations, including opening/closing procedures
- Lead and motivate the service team during busy shifts
- Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service
- Manage bookings and coordinate dining room layouts
- Train new staff and support ongoing development
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Monitor inventory, liaise with suppliers, and assist with ordering
- Work closely with kitchen and management to optimise workflow and guest experience

- Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant supervision
