Northern Soul Grilled Cheese is looking for a reliable and energetic Supervisor to join our team. We're famous for our legendary grilled cheese sandwiches and vibrant atmosphere, and we’re looking for someone who can help lead the team, deliver excellent customer service, and keep our standards high.

Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day running of the restaurant
- Lead, motivate, and support team members during shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally
- Assist with stock management and deliveries
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards
- Act as the shift lead in the absence of senior management
Requirements
- 1 years experience in a hospitality supervisor or team leader role (essential)
- Previous experience in a fast paced food environment
- Barista skills (desirable)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Calm under pressure with strong organisational abilities
- Passion for great food and customer experience
- Food hygiene certificate (preferred but not essential – training can be provided)
