Position: Restaurant Administrator
We are looking for a reliable and well-organised Restaurant Administrator to support the day-to-day running of our Oxford restaurant. This role will cover HR administration, inventory control, and procurement, ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Human Resources: maintain staff records, assist with scheduling, support onboarding and training.
- Inventory Management: monitor stock levels, prepare regular reports, minimise waste, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Procurement: liaise with suppliers, source products, place orders, and manage deliveries.
- Assist the management team with compliance, licensing, and health & safety documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager and wider team.
Requirements
- Fluent Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Previous experience in hospitality administration or restaurant support role preferred.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and purchasing systems desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
